Intimacy had always been a rather curious thing to Kira.

At times she had used it as a tool of sorts, getting some snob to hook up with her to then strip him of his wealth.. sometimes before, sometimes after she had stripped him of his clothes.

Naturally, these quick encounters were nothing alike the ones she had had and was still having with Khain and Nat. Khain had been insecure but dedicated to the point of self abandonment. Natsolis (they didn’t like her calling them by their nick name very much) had been.. more gifted. They displayed the same kind of effortless swagger in the sheets as in the streets, and Kira liked that a lot.

In the grander scheme it, of course, didn’t matter: She loved both of them in different ways. While Khain had made her feel real intimacy for the first time since Hermea and they had been happy with each other for a time, even labelling their thing a relationship, Nat was more of.. well, she didn’t exactly know, but it was good.

It had always been that way for her: Though she could seperate between fulfilling each other’s needs and urges and feelings very well, she had never been able to properly put in words how she would categorize said feelings when they played a role significant enough to mention.

At the moment, however, that didn’t matter. Kira decided to continue thinking about it tomorrow if she found the time. She cuddled up closer to Nat under the blanket and closed her eyes, soon floating off into a dreamless sleep.
